Easy Auto was established in 1991 and our family has been treating people right in the car business since 1911, when C.C. Card opened his Ford dealership in Cleveland. We have locations in Cleveland and East Ridge (Chattanooga) and will be opening a Knoxville store in early 2009.

We are known as The Home of the Small Down Payment because we have the lowest down payments anywhere and we have many cars at our stores for as low as $99 down. At Easy Auto, your job is your credit and in most cases, if you have a steady employment history, we can help you obtain financing. Credit problems are no problem at Easy Auto.

Our Peace of Mind Program is there for our customers. We offer local, late-model, dependable vehicles. We perform a 29 point inspection on all cars before they are offered for sale. If they don't pass, then we don't sell it. We run an AutoCheck vehicle history report on all our cars also. If the vehicle has a problem history, we won't sell it. To back up these things, we encourage every customer to take any vehicle of ours to the mechanic of their choice for an inspection before they buy. We'll even pay for it.

We want to help you rebuild your credit. We understand that difficulties arise from time to time, and our mission is to help our customers work through these times and help them re-establish their credit. That is why we report to all 3 major credit bureaus. Unfortunately, most of our competitors don't do anything to help their customers' credit standing.

We appreciate our customers. The only way for our company to be successful is to help our customers succeed. Every year, between 60% and 70% of our business is from repeat and referred customers. We think that means we treat our customers in a fair manner and they enjoy doing business with us. We have never used "shut-off" devices because we believe we have a partnership with our customers and we don't believe that is how business partners operate.
